United America Systems, Inc. (Boca Raton, FL) seeks Data Engineer (multiple positions available). Design strategies for enterprise databases, data warehouse systems, and multidimensional networks. Set standards for database operations, programming, query processes, and security. Model, design, and construct large relational databases or data warehouses. Create and optimize data models for warehouse infrastructure and workflow. Integrate new systems with existing warehouse structure and refine system performance and functionality. Develop Spark applications for data extraction, transformation, and aggregation from multiple file formats for analyzing and transforming the data to uncover insights into the customer usage patterns. Develop and maintain innovative Cloud solutions. Build data pipelines to collectively bring together data.
Req: B.S. in Computer Science or related/equivalent. Two years as a Data Engineer/Analyst or related. Six months’ experience with Spark, PL/SQL, SQL Server, Power BI, Snowflake, Microsoft flow, DynamoDB, Python, Azure Data Lake, Azure Data Factory, Informatica, Synapse, and Data bricks required. Travel or relocation to various unanticipated worksites throughout the U.S. Telecommuting allowed.

Design and develop solutions to complex applications problems, system administration issues, or network concerns. Perform systems management and integration functions. Develop and maintain innovative Cloud solutions. Create and manage servers (EC2 instances) on AWS. Write Puppet modules for configurations. Monitor CDN performance metrics and troubleshoot any issues. Configure, optimize, and maintain Akamai CDN solutions to enhance content delivery performance. Akamai Configurations Development and Management. Implement caching strategies and rules to improve website performance and reduce server load.
Req: B.S. in Computer Science or related/equivalent. One year as a Cloud Engineer or related. One year experience with AWS, Puppet, Akamai, Cloudflare, Rundeck, and LDAP required. Travel or relocation to various unanticipated worksites throughout the U.S. Telecommuting allowed.
